Trade Services to Resume 31st July 2021
Dear Valued Clients
The NSW Government has announced Construction will resume on Saturday 31 July, with safety measures such as controls on movements between sites reduced.
Works in occupied premises including residential homes can also resume from this Saturday where there is zero contact between workers and residents. There will be a limit of up to two workers for indoor services and five workers for outdoor services,and works will only be possible where it is feasible for residents to vacate the area. If con-tactless arrangements are not possible, work cannot go ahead.
From Saturday 31st July, Network Refurbishments & Construction will be able to carry out works in the Greater Sydney area except the 8 LGA's, unless our workers live in those areas we may be able to carry these out if it's essential such as the following:
* Building fault or damage that makes premises unsafe or insecure. e.g. roof damage or leaks
* Serious damage from a natural disaster (flood, storm)
* Existing works in progress that needs to be made safe or works left in an unsecured state
* Emergency waterproofing roof leaks
All works will be con-tactless and in the regulations of NSW health.
At Network Refurbishments & Construction we will continue to carry out all safety measures to keep our team and customers safe at all times. We do ask our clients to contact our service team if they require an urgent or emergency repair by contacting email@example.com or phoning (02) 9808 5673
