We were previously engaged as the full time facility manager at Blacktown RSL Club

 

We had two full time site staff looking after the building which includes:

 

• Estate Management 

• Building Audits 

• Preventative Maintenance Plans 

• Maintenance Contracts' Tendering 

• Statutory compliance audits and/or certification 

• Provide Club with monthly detailed report on works carried out and upcoming services
