CLUB REFURBISHMENT PROJECT DELIVERABLES

Business Continuity - Design Input - Budget

SOLDIERS POINT BOWLING CLUB

 Overview

Soldiers Point Bowling Club wanted to give its members and guests a new look and style to its gaming room . The Club’s brief was to create a gaming room that was modern in its design and simply the best in layout and looks. Network Refurbishments & Construction also refurbished the adjoining toilets and updated the Club’s bistro.

Minimising Disruption

As the project was taking place within a live environment, the client needed Network Refurbishments & Construction to ensure minimal disruption to the Club’s operations and patrons. There was continuous consultation with the Club in regard to activities and other building works being undertaken to minimise inconvenience to patrons and staff.

Complex Elements

Along with the intricate nature of a functioning gaming room, there was the need to ensure that building works have minimal disruption to the gaming patrons and Club operations. The gaming room was to be the Club’s centre piece of design featuring striking overhead lights, intricately designed columns and the installation of spectacularly designed golden metal leaf privacy screens.

Programme

Network Refurbishments & Construction was charged with ensuring

minimal disturbances to the Club’s operations. The project was

completed on time and on budget.
