Overview

Penrith RSL Club wanted to give it’s members and guests a new look and

sense of style to it’s club. It required a design and construct builder who could

deliver a high end quality refurbishment result and manage the works so the

Club's operations could continue. It was unsurprising the Club chose Network

Refurbishments & Construction to be charged with this major design and

construct refurbishment project, benefitting from a project team with open

communication and commitment on delivering a high quality project.

Minimising Disruption

As the project was taking place within a live environment, the client needed

Network Refurbishment and Construction to ensure minimal disruption to its

operations and Club patrons. There was continuous consultation with the Club

in regard to noisy activities and other building works being undertaken to

minimise inconvenience to patrons and staff.

Complex Elements

The key challenge of this project was the refurbishment of an existing Club.

Along with the intricate nature of a functioning club, was the need to redesign

the bar and cashier areas to provide new look, increase efficiencies of staffing,

and be able to service the increasing number of patrons to gaming, lounge and

entertainment areas.
