Project update: Cabramatta Rugby Leagues Club. Great to see the Clubs extension taking shape. Structural steel has been erected. New roof has been completed. Glazier currently sealing the building.

Currently in the construction certificate process, Network Refurbishments & Construction have been contracted to project manage and complete the design process for the DA & CC for Club Lithgow façade upgrade
The following works are included in our construction contract
Demolition
Removal of timber windows
Reduce opening with cavity brick work to suit new double glazed windows
New fire exit
Modifications to ceilings
New acrylic render finish to the building
New paint finish
Network Refurbishments & Construction has handled every part of the process, which included the pre planning, design and preparation works for the future installation. Through Network’s facility management, we have also offered a post warranty preventative maintenance plan for the Clubs consideration.
Network Refurbishments & Construction ultra-efficient design solution will allow for the perfect fitout, which is due to open the end of October 2018.
