Dear Valued Clients
The NSW Government has announced further restrictions on businesses and the public over the weekend and based on our understanding of the recent restrictions announced, we will keep our team, clients and suppliers updated as we further our understanding of this evolving situation.
From 12.01am on Monday, 19 July 2021, all construction is to be paused as is non-urgent maintenance, services, and repair work on residential premises. Construction works, repairs and non-essential maintenance is to be deferred.
Emergency works and essential reactive repairs are permitted if they impact the safety of you and the members of your household, however a pause on preventative and non-essential maintenance and remedial/upgrade construction work is in place.
Network will continue to operate as an essential services business, however, this will be done with the understanding that only urgent and emergency repairs will be attended until at least 30 July 2021.
As we await for further clarification as to what is classed as an emergency, below outlines what we may be able to attend to at this stage:
* Building fault or damage that makes premises unsafe or insecure. e.g. roof damage or leaks
* Serious damage from a natural disaster (flood, storm)
* Existing works in progress that needs to be made safe or works left in an unsecured state
* Emergency waterproofing roof leaks
Our management team will be assessing our current open jobs to assess any urgent and emergency repairs. Our trades will be undertaking regular COVID tests in line with NSW Health guidelines.
No jobs will be conducted in the LGAs of Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown, and Liverpool until further notice.
At Network we will continue to carry out all safety measures to keep our team and customers safe at all times. We do ask our clients to contact our service team if they require an urgent or emergency repair by contacting remedial@networkconstructionservices.com.au or phoning (02) 9808 5673
