Overview

North Haven Bowling Club engaged Network to prepare a masterplan that extended the floor area of there club to allow for new added value facilities of a new function room together with new outdoor/indoor gaming rooms and to design and construct high fashion toilet facilities to give it’s members and guests a new look and style to there club.

 Network was to create a master plan that would allow the club to be able to meet it's financial budget so as to allow club to remodel, extend and update there existing facilities.

The Club benefitted from a project team with open communication and commitment to delivering a high quality project  both time and on budget.

 

Minimising Disruption

As the project was taking place within a live environment, the client needed Network Refurbishments & Construction to ensure minimal disruption to its operations and patrons. There was continuous consultation with  the Club in regard to noisy activities taking place and also demolition works were conducted to minimise inconvenience to patrons and staff.

 

Complex Elements

The club needed a high end quality design and refurbishment as well 

to give a more efficient extended floor plan, and to link together there

Outdoor gaming room to Indoor gaming room at set construction budget

 

Tight Programme

Time was a premium and the Club’s need was to continue to

operate with minor disturbances to its operations
